MAHLE Industriefiltration has developed a compact cleaning system that features effective cleaning at low operating costs and maintenance requirements.

The system, consisting of a cleaning unit, controller, cartridge, pressure tank, and maintenance unit includes all the components needed to guarantee direct, uncomplicated installation.

Cleaning unit
Cleaning can be performed using either the multijet nozzle or the rotating wing. The optimized multijet nozzle allows highly efficient cleaning with low compressed-air consumption, while the patented rotating wing allows gentle cleaning of cartridges, which significantly increases their service life.

Controller
The installed controller (controlled by time or differential pressure) further contributes to improved cleaning performance and longer filter service life.

Conical cartridges
A superior cleaning performance compared to cylindrical filter cartridges and more efficient flow ratios result in up to 30 percent greater efficiency in dust collectors.

All advantages in one system:

  • Economical cleaning with patented technology (multijet nozzle/rotating wing)
  • Optimal cleaning performance due to integrated controller
  • Conical cartridge shape contributes to longer filter service life
  • Noise levels during cleaning are further reduced
  • System is easy to install and has low maintenance requirements
  • Low compressed-air consumption and high energy efficiency guarantee low operating costs
