MAHLE Industriefiltration provides smooth performance for modern hydraulic, lubricant and industrial water filtration.

Solutions for a wide variety of media
The AKO valve filter series VS 87-1 is suitable for hydraulic and lubricant oil filtration as well as filtration of industrial waste water and salt water. The series comes in a single-filter model and a duplex filter model in the nominal diameters DN 25 to DN 300. Custom versions up to DN 500 are possible. The duplex filter features a leak-free, easily accessible valve change-over element, enabling manual change-over from one filter housing to the other. Both models offer a variety of application possibilities for filtration of motor oil and gear oil, general hydraulic and lubricant oil filtration, and waste water and salt water filtration. The application versatility of the AKO valve filter series is achieved through the wide range of filter elements and screen baskets that can be used. The scope of available inserts ranges from highly efficient MAHLE Sm-x filter elements in filter ratings ranging from 3 µm to 25 µm to star-pleated wire-mesh filter elements from 10 µm to 500 µm to AKO screen baskets from 25 µm to 5,000 µm. Optimally sized filter surfaces ensure extremely high dirt-holding capacities, low flow resistances, and outstanding results in filter performance tests. To meet customer requirements, a whole host of equipment options can be supplied—from an auxiliary heating system to a large number of connection ports to various maintenance indicators. Thanks to the versatility of the AKO valve filter series and its made-to-order options, the prerequisites for achieving the required reliability are ensured.
